Bhavna Ichharam, LLB (UP)

Bhavna is a dynamic attorney with a great deal of experience in High Court and Magistrate's Court Litigation as well as debt recovery. Before joining GroenewaldLubbe Inc, she was responsible for managing a prominent law firm’s debt recovery department where she has gained experience in the design, implementation and progress of collection strategies. Bhavna also practices as a Conveyancer at our Pretoria Office.

Jurie Wynand Groenewald, B Comm. (UFS), LLB (UP)

Jurie has substantial exposure to the Commercial sector. Previously responsible for Business Excellence and the Commercial Legal department at one of South Africa’s leading manufacturing companies he has tremendous experience in commercial as well as corporate law. Jurie practiced as a litigation attorney at prominent law firms before joining GroenewaldLubbe Inc and is currently a Director at our Port Alfred Office.

Jacob Johannes Lubbe, B Proc (PU vir CHO)

Jacques has substantial experience in Litigation and Debt Recovery in the banking and financial services industry. Before initiating GroenewaldLubbe Inc. Jacques had been practicing for a number of years at prominent law firms in Gauteng. Jacques is a Director at our Randburg Office.

MJ de Bruyn, B Comm. (UP), LLB (UNISA)

Before joining the elite team at GroenewaldLubbe Inc., MJ was admitted as a conveyancing attorney in September 2004. He was then handed the responsibility of his own conveyancing department which has grown from strength to strength. Before this he gained knowledge in high and magistrate court litigation, debt recovery, corporate and commercial law. MJ is a Director at our Springs office.

Rudolph Hendrik Groenewald, LLB (UP), LLM (UNISA)

Having completed his Masters degree in Environmental Law, Heinie has been working in the safety, health and environmental legal field for a number of years now and apart from having conducted litigious matters on behalf of various clients, has also gained extensive experience in many areas of environmental law. Heinie is a director at our Randburg office.

Amy Groenewald, B Proc (UNISA)

After having completed her BProc degree at UNISA, Amy practised at various respected law firms in Johannesburg conducting commercial litigation on behalf of her clients. In 2004 Amy qualified as a conveyancer, obtaining the 2nd highest mark in Gauteng for the conveyancing exam.
Amy currently specialises in all conveyancing work, specifically registration of developments and schemes.

Hardy Mills, B Proc (RAU)

Hardy completed his Baccalaureus Procurationis at the Rand Afrikaans University in 1996 and commenced his articles at Mills and Groenewald Inc, Vereeniging. He was admitted as an attorney in the Supreme Court of South Africa in 1999 and was appointed a director of Mills and Groenewald Inc in 2002. Hardy relocated to Plettenberg Bay in 2005 and was appointed director and shareholder of Groenewald Lubbe Inc in 2007. Hardy has wide-ranging experience in Commercial- and Property Law, specializes in Civil Litigation and practises in our Plettenberg Bay branch.

Deidre Pieterse, B Proc (PU for CHE)

Deidre has been admitted as an attorney in 2000, admitted as a conveyancer in 2003 and admitted as a Notary in 2005. She is part of the firm's conveyancing department and she specializes in property law and related matters. She is detail orientated and is very dedicated in giving her clients excellent service. Deidre is a director at our Pretoria office.

Mariza Oosthuizen, B Proc (RAU)

After having completed her B Proc degree at RAU, Mariza practices at various respected law firms in Gauteng, specializing in conveyancing and property law. Mariza qualified as an attorney and conveyancer in 1999 and as a notary in 2000, obtaining the President's Award for the highest mark in the Northen Provinces for the Notary exam. Mariza currently specialises in all conveyancing and notary work.
